I will update you on the latest Scruffbutts I’ve discovered, including never seen before photos of wild Scruffbutts! We can admire their cuteness and crankiness together, and how they’re more like us humans than we think.

Shipping info:

All letters are shipped around the beginning of each month regardless of date of purchase

• Orders after the 22nd will receive the next month's letter
• Subscription mail is sent after the cut-off date each month
• Letters are sent Untracked to keep costs low making it more accessible to you
• Shipping is included in price

UK delivery: 3-7 business days

International delivery: 5-8 business days

EU and EAA: Sadly I'm unable to make this available to EU Customers due to customs and shipping laws coming into place. I hope in the near future things change allowing me to send this out to you.

Subscription management

You can cancel, pause or update your address at anytime.

Processed or shipped orders are non-refundable.

If you have any issues feel free to message and I'll do my best to help you.

Your monthly charge will be applied on your purchase or subscription date. For example, subscribing on the 18th means billing again on the 18th the following month. To pause, do so before your next payment date; cancelling beforehand will mean you do not receive that month's letter.
